About BetterYouCare

Simple wellness habits, explained plainly.

BetterYouCare offers free tools, practical guides and printable planners that help you build small, healthy everyday habits: drinking enough water, sleeping on a steady schedule, walking more, planning meals and making time for yourself.

Why this site exists

Most wellness advice online is either too complicated to follow or trying to sell you something. BetterYouCare takes the opposite approach. Each page focuses on one small habit, explains it in plain language, and gives you a simple tool or printable to help you actually do it.

Nothing here promises quick fixes or cures. The goal is steady, realistic routines you can keep.

Who runs BetterYouCare

BetterYouCare is written and run by Uday Chandra, an independent web publisher based in India. I also run IncomeJets, a site about online income and AI tools.

Please note: I am not a doctor, nutritionist or licensed health professional. BetterYouCare covers general everyday habits, not medical conditions. If you have symptoms, a diagnosis or take medication, please talk to a qualified healthcare provider before changing your routine.

How content is made

  • Public, trusted sources. Health facts in our guides are checked against public health bodies such as the NHS, CDC, WHO and Mayo Clinic, and those sources are linked on the page.
  • Habits, not treatment. We don’t write about curing, reversing or treating any condition.
  • No paid placements. No company can pay to be featured or recommended.
  • Kept up to date. Each guide shows the date it was last reviewed.
  • AI-assisted, human-checked. AI tools help with drafting and editing. Every page is reviewed, fact-checked against its sources and edited before it is published.

You can read the full details in our Editorial Policy.

How BetterYouCare is funded

The site is supported by sales of our own printable planners. Occasionally a guide may include an affiliate link to a product that genuinely fits the topic; when it does, we say so clearly. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
