In short: we collect as little as possible. Our tools run in your browser, and what you type into them is not sent to us. We only receive personal information when you choose to give it, such as joining our email list, buying a planner or contacting us. We never sell your information.

Who we are
BetterYouCare (betteryoucare.com) is run by Uday Chandra in India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean BetterYouCare. You can contact us at admin@betteryoucare.com.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Email list: your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Contact messages: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
- Purchases: your name, email address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and analytics services record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
Our wellness tools
Trackers, planners and calculators on BetterYouCare run in your web browser. Anything you enter, such as your water intake, sleep times or habits, stays on your device and is not sent to us. Some tools save your entries in your browser’s local storage so they’re still there next time; you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
How we use information
- to send the emails you signed up for, including the free printables
- to deliver planners you buy and help with order questions
- to reply to your messages
- to keep the site secure and working properly
- to understand which pages and tools are most useful, using aggregated statistics
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Services we use
We share information only with the services that help us run the site, and only as much as they need:

Cookies

We don’t use advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not remember your preferences.
How long we keep information
- Email list: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to respond, and up to 12 months after.
- Purchase records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: according to the analytics provider’s retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete your information
- withdraw consent, for example by unsubscribing from emails
- complain to a data protection authority

Children
BetterYouCare is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
