By using betteryoucare.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The site is run by Uday Chandra in India (“we”, “us”).
1. Use of the site
You may use the site, its tools and its free resources for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, republish or sell our content, tools or printables without written permission
- try to disrupt, hack or overload the site
- use the site for anything unlawful
2. Health information
Everything on the site is general educational information, not medical advice. Please read our Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Free resources
Free printables and tools are provided “as is” for personal use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household. Please share a link to the site rather than the files themselves.
4. Digital products
- Delivery: paid planners and workbooks are digital downloads, delivered by email or download link after payment through our payment provider.
- Licence: each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print the product for their own use. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the files is not allowed.
- Refunds: because products are digital, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty or you can’t download it, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you.
- Prices: prices are shown at checkout and may change. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, designs, tools, planners and graphics, belongs to BetterYouCare unless stated otherwise and is protected by copyright law.
6. Links to other websites
The site may link to other websites, including through affiliate links described in our Affiliate Disclosure. We aren’t responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep things accurate and working, but we don’t guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetterYouCare is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
